Ten hour long virtual meetings to discuss whatever you want to discuss! Nutrition, options in your care, preparing for birth, preparing for parenting, research on pregnancy and birth, breastfeeding education, fitness, the options are unlimited!
Five Postpartum virtual meetings to answer questions about parenting a newborn, advise, give information, and support.
Up to 3 emails a month answering your questions and providing research or information.
